At Inside Retreats, we specialise in yoga and meditation retreats designed for women who constantly put others first. I see it time and time again, women burning out from chronic self-sacrifice, guilt, and self-criticism. We've been taught to care for everyone but ourselves. And in the process, we abandon the one person that matters most—YOU.
The I Choose Me project was born from this truth. Our mission is to help women release deep patterns of self-sabotage and finally prioritise themselves without guilt, without shame, and without apology.
Through our yoga and meditation retreats, online programs, and one-on-one intensives, we guide you back to self-love, emotional empowerment, and inner freedom. These are not just retreats; they are safe spaces to learn, unravel, and deeply reconnect to the body, mind, and heart.
I truly believe that healing starts from within. You cannot pour from an empty well. And yet, the more we ignore ourselves, the more we see rising rates of burnout, anxiety, autoimmune disease, and inner unhappiness.
That’s why at Inside Retreats, our 2025 mission is to reach 1,000 women and guide them to: break free from self-abandonment, heal internalised patterns of overgiving, reclaim emotional well-being, and feel truly at home in their own bodies and souls.
Through our transformational programs, yoga and meditation retreats, we invite women to come back home to themselves.

The 21-Day I Choose Me Challenge
