Welcome! My name is Belinda.
I created Inside Retreats along with the I Choose Me Project to offer women a new approach to healing. One rooted in neuroscience, grounded in gentle movement, and full of heart.
After 17 years as a clinical psychologist, then becoming a certified yoga teacher, I saw the need for safe, transformational spaces that support the emotional and physical needs of women who are always giving, but rarely receiving.
Through my meditation and yoga retreats, intensives, classes, and programs, I help women release what’s not serving them to build a more loving relationship with themselves.
